A little Recap

Until it comes time to ride... Here is what I've done to my bike so far.
I got my bike April 2011. Completely stock, I consistently got approximately 70-75 mpg.

Later that summer I purchased and installed a FMF Powercore 4, I kept the stock header on. The bike went from silent to as loud as a race bike. It was such a difference! It also gave it noticeably more power. I also purchased and installed a FMF programmer. I don't have a picture of it right now, but I mounted it on the battery side on the battery under the side panel. I'll upload a picture later.

Then I did some research and found out that the AIS installed on my bike had really no point to it unless you had the stock pipe. Just another excuse to slow your bike down and make environmentalists happy... So I purchased a kit to remove it and cover up some spots and I removed everything in under an hour. You just need a couple of wrenches and a little kit and your done. I also did the flapper mod by taping down the flapper on the intake to allow the bike to breath more! Doing this allowed the intake and pipe to work together great!

First time taking the bike off road at Richard Bong Park in Wisconsin. The bike was sliding around everywhere but overall it had ok traction with the stock tires.
